What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Your email address (for account login and optional reminders)
- Your mood check-in responses and journal entries
- Your timezone and notification preferences
- Push subscription tokens if you enable push notifications
What we do not collect
- We do not use any third-party analytics
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone
- We do not use third-party authentication providers
- We do not track you across the web
How we store your data
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. All connections use TLS. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id — we cannot recover them.
Your rights
- Export: Download all your data as CSV from Settings at any time.
- Delete: Delete your account from Settings. All data is permanently erased — no retention, no backups of your personal data.
- Unsubscribe: Every reminder email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
